Peter Rasmussen serves as Advisor Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage. Rasmussen specializes in risk management in the annuity space with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. 

Prior to joining Highland, Rasmussen held several roles in the financial space, including senior internal wholesaler, technology trainer, and senior marketing consultant. 

Rasmussen holds the following designations and licenses: FINRA Series 6, FINRA Series 63, and Life Insurance Producer. 

Rasmussen lives in the Charlotte, N.C. area with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys planning adventures with his family, watching his kids play baseball and softball, and driving in his old project car – if it’s in one piece.
