About
Marty Dooley, Founding Principal of Highland Capital Brokerage, has spent more than 35 years in the insurance industry. He began his career in 1985 as a Sales Consultant with UNUM, where he won numerous sales awards and was selected as youngest candidate to ever enter UNUM’s management training program. In 1989, Marty joined Great-West Life as a Senior Marketing Representative, and by 1991, was awarded the branch manager position of the Wisconsin field office in Milwaukee.

In January 2002, Marty merged GMB with Highland Capital Brokerage and managed the firm’s Milwaukee operation until resigning in 2017 to focus exclusively on sales. Since then, he is consistently a top 10 Sales Vice President for Highland.
Marty is a 1985 graduate of Marquette University and is currently a member of Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP), Financial Planning Association® (FPA), and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
