Lisa McLeod is an Underwriting Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, McLeod specializes in impaired risk underwriting. She strongly believes in building solid relationships with producers and carrier partners while always seeking to obtain the best solution for the client.
At Highland since 2009, McLeod began her insurance career at Western-Southern Life, eventually transitioning into brokerage with Insurance Designers.
McLeod has earned her AALU designation and is currently working towards her FALU.
A native of New Orleans, McLeod currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two young sons, and a variety of furbabies. She is passionate about animal welfare, has a love of Impressionist art and gardening, and enjoys going to the beach and Disney World.
