About

Lesley McCarthy serves as a Senior Advisor Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage. McCarthy started in the financial services industry in 1996. She specializes in the areas of life insurance, long-term care (LTC) solutions, and disability insurance (DI). 

Prior to Highland, McCarthy worked as a Life and DI Product Specialist/Wholesaler for a Guardian General Agency in New York City, as the Director of LTC for the Highland Cranford Agency, and as the Outbrokerage Relationship Manager for Prudential’s career force. She also spent two years in a client-facing role in the field, as a company representative for two major carriers.
