Julie Rippeto serves as Director, New Business for Highland. In this role, Julie acts as a team liaison and is a skilled problem-solver focusing on proactive business process improvement for operations across Highland, as well as managing our disability case management team and two life case management teams. She has a passion for helping others, building relationships, and finding innovative solutions for partners. Julie works across the enterprise to drive exceptional experiences, successful customer outcomes, and advocates for advisors and employees.
Julie began her career assisting C-level executives, managing luxury HOA-portfolio properties, as well as holding numerous operational and managerial positions. In early 2018, she entered the financial services industry and quickly expanded her expertise in all facets of business operations including new business, team management, onboarding, case management, business development, contracting, and licensing.
Julie attended Los Angeles Harbor College and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®). She enjoys musicals, coffee, and exploring the great outdoors in her spare time. She lives in Dallas.
